My problem was that I was unable to keep myself motivated and to push myself past a certain point. I was always saying I can do this on my own, but if I felt tired, sore or unmotivated I wouldn’t keep pushing myself. I also wasn’t a great eater – I consumed a lot of sugar. I often felt frustrated and annoyed.
The difference with the Inspiring Strength in Women program was having someone to keep me in-check. Weighing in each week and regular measurements helped keep me on track. It made me take responsibility for my actions and the food I consumed and exercise I did.
Losing weight and feeling fitter after the first couple of weeks, I was so happy to see the changes. I could see this program was working! At end of the challenge I debated about doing it at home by myself, or continuing with you. I felt I wouldn’t push myself at home like Sharon and Katie do and the other ladies are also wonderful. I am so glad I stayed – I made the right choice.
