Our 60-minute training sessions are held Monday to Saturday, early mornings, mornings, and afternoon/evenings – every class is different – so you’ll never know what to expect and you’ll never get bored! As I mentioned before, all workouts are designed to suit your own personal fitness and comfort level. All you have to do is turn up and we take care of the rest!
Our sessions focus on resistance training using dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises. We show you how to exercise to speed up your metabolism, and fire up your energy levels too!
